Our refund policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, customers are expected to take photos of the damaged goods (contents as well as lot code of the package) immediately. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if requests do not meet the listed criteria. All refunds & returns are subject to inspection.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require the Order Confirmation Number or other proof of purchase. We may also require the lot code number of the product. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
We accept all returns on applicable products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned products should be shipped to 5910 274 Street, Langley, BC V4W 0B8. Inno Foods Inc. will ONLY provide return labels in instances where the product(s) arrived damaged or shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return label shipping costs. We recommend consulting with us prior to shipping back any products and getting a tracking number for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Please note that a product is required to be returned in order for a refund to be issued.
