2 Tbsp Pumpkin puree
½ Cup Oats
1 Cup Soy milk
1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed protein (just ground defatted pumpkin seeds!)
½ Tbsp Chia seeds
½ tsp Cinnamon
Toppings: Granola and Maple syrup
Put all the ingredients into a sealable container.
Place a tightly sealed lid on it and shake well to combine everything.
Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with granola and maple syrup.
