1 bag makes 24 cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190°C)
  2. In large bowl, beat until smooth:
    5 tbsp softened butter + 1 large egg
  3. Stir in 1 package of Premium Cookie Mix until blended.
  4. Onto an ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
  5. For softer cookies bake 8-10 minutes, or until light golden brown around edges. For firmer cookies bake 12-16 minutes.
  6. Cool 2 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store covered in an airtight container.
